Holding a B.A.L.L.B (Hons) from one of the premier National Law Schools of the country, he has immersed himself in the noble service of teaching for the past 13 years. Previously, he has been associated with some of the prestigious law firms, namely Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, Lal Lahiri Salhotra, P&A Law Offices, J. Sagar Associates and Trilegal. Specializing in Intellectual Property Rights, Insurance and Trade Law, Nishant Prakash has more than 30 national and international publications under his name. He is highly regarded for his authorship in reputed legal journals like Patent & Trademark Cases, Corporate Law Cases, Bombay Case Reporter, and more.His illustrious, well-crafted and well-versed articles on Intellectual Property have caught the eye and appreciation of eminent legal luminaries, the reputed institution of IIT Kanpur and governing authority of the Ministry of Human Resource and Development.
